me got a bad HEAD..

head of Department.. her name is LFO.. shes always claimed be to be VERY buzy but yet 24/7 on the phone for god-knows-what-shes-hogging-for.. shes been in the company for good damn 11 years and yet duno EVERYTHING abt the work..

she always use our GM and DGM's big name for her own sake.. ie GM dun like this.. GM dun like ppl to do that etc.. but in fact its she herself dun like.. Shes a woman of liars which my old admin ger have proclaimed her.. she can tok her way out and turn the black chachoal into pure white snow..

shes been pushing her workload to me as she said shes on a VERY IMPT project given by the GM.. which m duno what kinda of HUGE project is she exactly handling about.. shes being doing nothing but the payroll and attending GM and DGM.. so wat exactly is her job scope? my title was merely an operations assistant but m doing more than what m were asked to do while she as a DEPUTY MANAGER doing nothing?

m think shes abit redandunt in the company coz most of the things either she DUNO how to do.. or she will pass to other ppl aka me to do it.. so why do the company still needs her? paid her salary to chit chat on the fone? what a good deal..

shes someone who scare ppl snatches her golden rice bowl thus.. she wun teach eu anithing for good.. or that will harm her place in the company.. if m continue to work under her.. m juz like a slave and wun be able to learn new things.. its good that she went on leave that few weeks and m able to learn more things BY MYSELF.. and for your info.. m have to cover all her duties which is attending GM n DGM on top of my workload but yet m always manage to finish my work on time.. tsk.. but she always complainz she cant finish.. shes v.busy.. blahblahblahz.. coz shes always on the fone doing nth! tSK

she always think for herself and not for the company.. she make use of company's properties for her own good sake.. she always think that company cant survive without her.. her PR skills are so lousy.. me and the receptionist have been gossiping abt her during work thru msn.. can see that most of them dun like her.. so we all know what kind of lady she is..
