m never tot of being a mystery shopper.. okizz not really a mystery shopper.. but did help out in the evaluation.. when m was still workin at my previous old company.. m kana a mystery shopper once.. but thank god the comment was good! :p bt too bad this particular outlet m've evaluated..

[xy] and [fy] asked me along when they are going to eat fish at some fish restuarant at S****C..when m heard about it.. m was like.. "hurz..can dun go there anot.." coz recently m've eaten at that outlet.. and m dun tink m would patronize again.. the menu is quite different and the food wasent really TAT good.. yeah.. and besides that.. m just had the same food at bugis outlet that same week so.. yeah..

but they said cannot.. coz have to be the mystery shopper for that branch only! lalalala.. and so we went.. of coz the food was susidised using the voucher and of coz they dunno we are the mystery shoppers..

we went in at ard 3pm on a busy saturday but surprisingly it wasent that crowded and theres ard 7-8staffs? we ordered seafood platter for 1 and new york fish.N.chips and sharkie freeze.. the soup was alrite just that its in a plate form.. and the garden salad was below average..if not for the ikan billis..it would be cannot-make-it catergory :p -the server was polite and good :)

the food was served ard 20mins.. and m was just telling them about my not fully cooked prawns incident at bugis.. the same thing happened at there too and the fish was way too dried and hard! and so we asked for a supervisor to come and m was quite shocked when she actually suggested this : so sorri lemme change the prawns and the fish for you mdm.. 0.0 and she proceed to get a plate and start picking up the prawns and the fish up. -.-

erm.. shouldnt she change the whole dish instead of just PICKING UP the prawns and the fish? coz thats what bugis had done for us! and so can you imagine the pan was left with rice, fries and carimaries 0,0 when m asked how long would it takes.. shes said another 20mins.. and obviously they took more than 20mins -.- bugis certainly less than 20mins and they came in much more quantity than what we previously had eaten..

we finished the food and even ask for feedback form coz [fy] felt that they ought to change the whole dish coz uncooked food shouldnt put together with cooked food.. we rated that outlet quite badly in the feedback form and of coz the evaluation form as well.. and m seriously think they flop badly for this time round.. we actually wanna be nasty customers but we all scared some karma thingy you noe.. coz nex time IF you are in customer services line.. who noes it might happened to you too?! lolx so we just let it pass..

1)services - the table next to us was left unattended/unclean/untidy for quite a moment and theres so many staffs being seen around with no crowd in the restuarants..
2)services - BIG MISTAKE for that supervisor who actually picked up the not fully cooked food only and not the whole dish
3)services - supervisor should attend to us again to check if the food is alright..
4)services - food wasent serve on time
5)food - not fully cooked prawns which you can still actually see some greyish colour instead of the normal red prawns
6)food - fish was hard and dried..seems like its been cooked or left it there for quite some time..

if not for the evaluation.. m wouldnt go back there to that outlet again after m had my virgin try..and m dun recommend friends to go either.. services should be improve and of coz the freshness of the food!
