m shall quit my that so-called part time job at a certain cineplex reason being the management is getting suckier and no point staying since friends aint around animore..
work is getting suckier too which they push me to the limits that m quit! with so many newcomers and no initiatives from them.. how do you expect me to work with them? mind you some of them are full timers there.. and m just a part timer.. you expect me to do all the things for you?! you should have set you prioities right and do what should be done so that when the crowd comes..thats enough supplements..
management is another problem.. you know that blockbuster movie is opening on that day with under-staff situation and yet some no-brainer keep asking one of the staff doing stock count and left a miserable counter running one-man-show.. doing all the top-ups and no time for a small toilet break?! how to manage the crowd alonE?! is that stock count really that impt to do at that moment?!
and m so stupid enough to actually agreed to go back and help them out the last time for catering and yet shit thing happened with under-staff situation that me have to open counter and no.. m did not do catering in the end! he told me catering from 12-6.. but m found out it was actually 5-7.. so what the hell did he ask me to rch work early for?! theres a redemption at 7 and m refused to help them out and cash my float out at 6..thou m help them setting up the popcorns and drinks.. with all the NEW staffs.. which they have no idea what to do what to do next blahblahblahz.. -.-
lalallalalalaa.. m should find a better job with higher pay.. lalalalallaaa.. aniwaz that certain cineplex is cutting cost.. so popcorn isent sweet animore.. coz they cut down the caramel.. popcorn aint fresh in the morning coz they were leftovers from the previous night and were popped earlier from the previous night..nachoo cheese issent great.. coz they add more water to the cheese to make it more watery.. aniwaz you wouldnt wanna know how we make the food.. hmmm.. yeah...
wahahahahahhaa.. m so meanie to actually bad-mouthed my previous company.. tsktskz :p but the true is.. m seriously think that certain cineplex lost alot good hardworking staffs.. due to those office politics.. many of them quitted.. *sighz* m missed workin with those good staffs..
